It’s the start of a new era for Kloeckner Metals UK with the arrival of our new suite of digital products.

Accessible via our new platform Kloeckner Connect, which gives users a single point of sign in, the new suite of digital products are ready and waiting to enhance the Kloeckner customer experience by giving them unprecedented access to managing their orders and contracts with us around the clock.

The first two products to be integrated into the Kloeckner Connect platform are our Order Overview Tool, which allows customers to manage orders, invoices and access live updates and delivery notices whenever they want, from wherever they are in the world, and our Contract Platform, which gives customers who have a contract the option to manage many aspects of that online.

The user-friendly portal and products have been designed to enhance the business relationships we have with all of our clients and customers. Our focus on customer experience and ease of use has resulted in tools that are simple to use and easy to navigate.

The benefit of using our new digital products for your business is clear, from seeing historical pricing in the interests of full transparency, to accessing past orders to aid with reporting and forecasting. In the near future users will also be able to view test certificates online, to assist with traceability. Ultimately, there’s never been a more efficient way to do business.

The development of these tools has only been possible due to the Kloeckneri team – our 30 specialist digital developers who work full time in Berlin to deliver quick and efficient solutions to help Kloeckner meet our customers’ business demands globally. Order Overview Tool

The Order Overview Tool allows our customers to view all of their orders at a single glance, with instant access to all of documents including invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations.

For repeat and regular customers, there are multiple ways in which you can search through orders for both open and closed purchases, to access live order status or look back through historical orders.

Contract Platform

Customers who have a stock or price contract with us will also be able to completely manage their contract online.

The Contract Platform will link directly with your sales contact at Kloeckner, and our IT sales system, allowing improved efficiency without detracting from the personal relationship you hold with our business.
