We are excited to announce that we have completed our annual customer satisfaction survey. Thank you to all customers who participated in this survey and the rest of you who continue to provide us with the feedback throughout the year.
With customer satisfaction high on our agenda, we conduct annual surveys to help us drive Kloeckner Metals UK forward and ensure we’re delivering the very best, high-quality products and services. We are extremely pleased to see that this year we have achieved even higher levels of satisfaction in our survey than in the previous year.
We have received positive feedback on our efficient and reliable service, with results showing the quality of our products and the helpfulness of our account managers coming out on top with a scores of 9.1 out of a possible 10.
Once again we would like to say a big thank you to all our customers who took time to share their views on various aspects of our business.
