Westok’s safety programme goes digital

The Westok Safety team launches the use of “Surface Go” tablets and “i-Auditor” software to further improve and develop our Behavioural Safety Culture program.

The tablets enable real time feedback and have boosted engagement across the shop floor.  As well as the safety behavioural audits, the tablets can be used to give updates on efficiencies, productivity and tool box talks by embracing the Kloeckner ethos of Safety 1st through digitalisation.

John Thewliss, Westok SHEQ manager says “The real benefit is that the feedback can be given there and then, both good and bad, and both parties can be involved to resolve any issues.  This will ultimately help us to achieve better behavioural safety habits on the shop floor”.
